Six Pack Abs Without The Crunches

VASER Hi Def Lipo is the new talk of the town for both men and women looking for sculpted, six pack abs without gruesome diet and exercise. The more advanced cousin to conventional liposuction uses VASER (Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance) technology and a small cannula the size of a chopstick, to melt fat, remove it, and mold the remaining fat to targeted muscles.
VASER Hi Def Lipo is a procedure that allows Dr. Broadway to remove superficial subcutaneous fat, also known to surgeons as "the sacred centimeter." This layer of fat which is almost impossible to remove with diet and exercise, and would mean a patient would need to have only 3-5 percent body fat, can be removed with VASER technology because the instrument is so precise.

Smart Lipo and Pro Lipo-Advanced Liposuction Techniques
