He is a member of Operation Smile, an organization that corrects congenial or acquired deformities in children from rural areas world wide and developing countries such as China, the Philippines, Colombia, and Ecuador. Dr. Broadway has personally volunteered on missions to the above countries, and was a team leader in Operation Smile, Colombia. Dr. Broadway's last mission was in November of 2007. Office Manager
Stacy joined the practice in 2001. She combines her knowledge of people with her past managerial experience in a medical office to effectively coordinate all employee and business operations. In addition to her responsibilities as Office Manager, she is also a Registered Medical Assistant. Stacy has managed other large medical practices and has enjoyed many different areas of medicine, but specifically enjoys the Plastic Surgery field.

Patient Coordinator
Becky has been with the Broadway Center for Plastic Surgery team since 2000. She works with the patients from their initial introduction through their pre-operative and post-operative care. Becky has worked in various areas in the medical field for more than 13 years and enjoys the challenges and rewards of plastic surgery.

Mandy
Patient Coordinator
Mandy is the newest addition to the practice as of July 2006. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Kinesiology. Mandy is most likely the first person you will speak with when you call, and the first step in the process. Her goal is to help each patient feel as comfortable as possible when they walk through the door. She joins us with an extensive administrative background in the medical industry. Lara has been with the practice since 2003. She will be your coordinator throughout and work closely with you both before and after your surgery. Lara has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colorado State University and utilizes her knowledge of people to make patients feel comfortable at the Broadway Center for Plastic Surgery.

Nicole
Patient Coordinator and Marketing
Nicole has been with the Broadway Center for Plastic Surgery since 2003. She will be working with you during your initial consultation. She is also the person you will be talking to via email if you ever have questions. Nicole has a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Health Science from Colorado State University and is happy to answer any questions you might have before and after surgery.

Brenell
Licensed Skincare Aesthetician
Brenell joined the practice in 2004. Brenell brings with her more than 17 years experience, including directing and owning a spa. A skincare expert, with meticulous attention to detail, Brenell enjoys helping individuals achieve healthier-looking skin. Brenell is skilled at diagnosing skin with tailoring the treatment for each individual. Brenell is also a specialist with the DiamondTome Microdermabrasion machine, the newest state-of-the-art in skin exfoliation. Her services include microdermabrasion, facials, skincare analysis, waxing, brow arching and makeup application.

Kim
Cosmetic Nurse Specialist, R.N., B.S.N.

With Kim's passion about skin care, education, and prevention, let her 18 years of expertise benefit your skin. Kim has advanced training to customizing your skin care needs, with analysis of sun damage/aging/problematic/acne skin. Liz joined the practice in 2000 and brings with her more than two decades of experience including international teaching in over 15 countries. Liz works side-by-side with Dr. Broadway in all surgical cases requiring anesthesia and brings with her a broad spectrum of experience. She is extremely skilled in her profession and patients rave about her attitude and dedication. Liz is proud to be a board member of Operation Smile.

Linda joined our practice in the beginning of 2007 and has loved working with make-up since her early teens. For more than 10 years Linda has worked with various cosmetic lines and believes there is something good to be found in every line out there.
