Jackie's Story

Denver and Cherry Creek North, Colorado

Eleven years ago, at the age of 22, I began the process of researching breast augmentations and plastic surgeons here in the Denver metro area. After getting the chance to talk with several different women who had already had the procedure done, and seeing for myself their results, I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Broadway. During my research I learned that the only FDA approved option available at the time was for saline implants. I was set on the idea of getting the augmentation, even with saline. My consultation with Dr. Broadway and his staff made me feel comfortable, confident, and important - I ended up having the surgery about a month later.

My personal choice was to go from my naturally full B-cup to a solid D-cup. My experience was supported not only by friends and family but also by the very thorough and compassionate staff at Dr. Broadway’s office. I have to say that I healed well and my figure seemed to be enhanced just the way I wanted!

After a few years I began realizing that I missed the way natural breast tissue felt and moved. My saline implants looked great but felt really unnatural. I began to consider having them removed.

I called to set an appointment with Dr. Broadway’s office. During the phone conversation a point was brought up that I really never thought would bother me, the fact that my natural tissue would hang, literally just hang, once the implants were removed. For some reason this prospect now bothered me. I began inquiring about other options and that is when I found out about the fact that the FDA had approved the high cohesive silicone gel implant several years back and that Dr. Broadway had been working with them. I scheduled my consultation to have my saline implants replaced with the high cohesive silicone gels.

I am three weeks post-op as I am writing this and I have to say even with limited movement during the past few weeks I have absolutely fallen in love with my new implants! It literally makes me grin from ear-to-ear and my eyes well up with tears at how naturally my new implants feel and the way they move. I thought I had the best results for almost eleven years and it just got better.

A special thanks to the whole team for helping to support my experience, twice now!

Warmly,
Jackie
