If you are seeking an excellent cosmetic surgery experience, distance should be no obstacle to getting the care you deserve. To ensure the best cosmetic surgery experience for out-of-state patients, we have designed a consultation process that allows many of the preliminaries to be handled via mail, email, and phone. This is not the same as a face-to-face consultation with Dr. Broadway, but it is a good start.

To complete the consultation follow the steps below:

• Fill out our online New Patient Registration forms.
• Take photos of areas you want to address. Click for examples.
• Return completed forms and photos via mail or email.
• Schedule a phone consultation with Dr. Broadway. Allow about 45 minutes for the consultation.

During the phone consultation, Dr. Broadway will start by reviewing your medical history, then he will listen to your desired results and answer any questions you might have. At this point, he can go over your cosmetic surgery options and recommend which procedure(s) he thinks would be best for you, based on your concerns and desired results.

After your phone consultation, the patient coordinator will assemble a fee quote based on the different options you discussed with Dr. Broadway. 

You may decide to schedule surgery based on the phone consultation, or you may decide to schedule an in-office consultation first.  We can do much of the pre-operative work ahead of time, from your home state. The length of your stay in Colorado depends on your procedure and your medical history.

Whether you schedule your surgery on the phone or following an in-office consultation, we will see you for a pre-operative appointment in order to sign consent forms, take pre-operative photos, and have any of your remaining questions addressed.

Taking Photographs for Your Consultation

Please take photos of your areas of concern from several angles.  Use poses similar to those below, either nude or with underwear or a bathing suit. If you take digital pictures, you can email them to us. Otherwise, make sure you get high-quality prints for inclusion with your forms.

If you don't have anyone to take pictures for you, you can take pictures of yourself in the mirror, or utilize the timer setting on your camera, but make sure your areas of concern show clearly in the photos.

Out-of-Town Package
$1050 for your entire stay includes:

• Transportation from DIA
• Transportation to your pre-op appointment
• Transportation for blood-work and laboratory work (if necessary)
• Overnight stay at the care center
• Transportation to the surgery center
• Transportation from the surgery back to the care center
• Care for 3 days after surgery if you stayed overnight at the surgery center or 4 if you spend the night after surgery at the care center

• Transportation to post-operative appointment

• All meals during care are included and will be appropriate to your doctor's instructions

If you do not want to take advantage of their full package, they also offer individually priced services:

• Transportation:
  $35 per hour, one hour minimum, plus $0.50 per mile.
• Patient Care with Transportation:
  Pick up following surgery, overnight stay at the care center. Includes meals and transportation to post-op appointment. $200 per day.
• Patient Care without Transportation:
  Includes meals. $175 per day.
• Prescription pick up:
  $25
